1. Listen & Learn – Understanding the Ground Reality
At Seema every program begins with deep listening and grounded understanding. We recognize that meaningful inclusive change can only happen when we first learn from the communities we aim to serve. This phase is central to designing interventions that are relevant, respectful, and responsive.
2. Co- create Solutions- with communities, Not for them.
We collaborate with local stakeholders to co-design inclusive strategies, tools, and resources—ensuring cultural relevance, accessibility, and local ownership. This includes creating and conducting physical & virtual training, mentoring, and resource sharing for counselling services, teachers' training, parenting training, designing schools and providing consultancy periodically.
3. Raise Awareness – Changing Mindsets, Reducing Stigma
We create engaging campaigns, live sessions, and materials that: Break myths about disability, help early detection of disabilities, encourages parents-teachers collaboration and bring awareness in Nepalese society.
4. Reflect, Adapt, Scale – Sustainable and Evolving
We regularly reflect with communities, gather feedback, and adapt our work. Successful models are scaled with the support of local networks, NGOs, and government systems.
